All programs in ASSWARE1.EXE are copyright protected.
It is not allowed to disassemble, change or copy them.
Is is not allowed to redistribute, sell, rent, lease or
sublicense them. You may use them, after you paid them. 


You are allowed to test the programs, which you have downloaded
from www.assware.de, one month. You are not allowed to overstep the
temporal limitation of one month. You are not allowed to test the
programs before you have send a mail to assware-at-assware 
( please replace -at- by @ ).

This mail has to contain your address, mail adress and
this text:
I test the software in ASSWARE1.EXE on own risk.
Previously i have secured important or valuable files.

The mail has to contain only ASCII-text and in the first line on the 
left you have to write ASSWARE a SPACE and the four-figure year and 
the two-digit month::
ASSWARE YYYYMM
Therefore in the year 2002 in the month of may you see 
in line 1 at column 1:
ASSWARE 200205
In the reference line of the Mail must stand the text:
Test ASSWARE1 YYYYMM
YYYYMM see above.


The files *.BAT and *.PAS you may change on own risk, if you have paid
the software. But you are not allowed to redistribute, encumber, sell,
rent, lease or sublicense them.


The programs are released for the IBM-AT03 and for PC sold from A.S.S. -WARE.
A flawless working for compatible computer is not guaranteed.
You are allowed to test the programs on your computer, look at 
LIESMICH.*. Most time there are no problems, but you are responsible for saving
your important files before testing.
Warning: Incorrect handling or incompatibilities cause data loss!
